How to be a Healthy Sith Lord

Note: Yoda has directed us to write this post. Some Jedi trick for overpowering the Sith Lords, we believe this is. Yikes! Speaking like him, we are.

So, don’t judge us. Please. We cannot see anyone unhealthy. Not even the Sith Lords living on the Dark Side. Also, Good Heath is a universal right (the universe, at times, doesn’t make much sense). And, who knows, by eating healthy they – the Sith Lords, may get the strength required to step back into the nice side of things. Right?

(Right. That’s exactly how it happens. Eating Karela not only makes you healthy but it also activates your dormant ‘be good’ powers.)

Well, here goes (our first ever letter to the Lords of the Dark Side).

Dear Sith Lords,

If you believe that you have gained some magical strength and powers by living on the Dark Side, you are highly mistaken. The strength and powers that you think you have, were given to trick you into accepting the order of the Dark Side. You were fooled. Here also, the true strength and power comes from maintaining a healthy diet. Yup. This is the truth of the universe. The only truth.

You don’t know how much it pains us to break your bubble of believing that you will soon be able to take over the universe. That too, without following the rules that rest of us mortals need to follow. It’s just wishful thinking on your part.

But the truth is that now, more than ever, you will need to take care of your health to sustain in the Dark Side and to fight others like yourself. Yeah, not a safe place this Dark Side.

Now..now don’t get all dark on us. Looking after you, we are. It’s our new year’s resolution – to be good to everyone. Even you.

Karela / Bitter Gourd
